Insurance
All of us at River Hills Community Health Center believe that everyone should have access to affordable health care. We accept most health insurances and will file claims with your insurance company for care received. Please bring your health insurance card or information and your photo ID. If you qualify for financial assistance, a sliding fee discount will be applied to any balance remaining after the insurance company has responded to the claim.

Sliding fee discounts for those who qualify

RHCHC will not deny any services due to the inability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale for patients who qualify based on poverty guidelines.
