Health Insurance and Financial Assistance
At River Hills Community Health Center, we believe everyone should have access to affordable health care. We accept most health insurance and will file claims to your insurance company. Please bring along your health insurance card or information, and your photo ID. Our sliding fee discount will be applied to any balance remaining after the insurance company has responded to the claim if you qualify for financial assistance.
We accept payment for services through the following:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Most commercial / private insurance
- Self-pay
- Sliding fee discounts for those who qualify
